Present Draft One of the plan for discussion, and adjustment.

Present options, alternate suggestions and considerations.

Selection of the options to be used.

Preparation & presentation of the final draft.

Agreement to go forward with the project.

Determine the showrooms to visit to assure an understanding of the products to be used.
